Just a mallard


Wish I could have gotten even lower but as in many places, there are restrictions on where you can put your feet. Shooting from a vehicle is even more frustrating. But it is good for the birds.

Hi David, I like the complimentary color of the grass with the bird. Also like the lines created by the ripples and grass lines. Bird is well placed in the frame. Sharpness on the bird looks good to me.

Actually, my first thought was that the low angle is nice. Nicely composed with the placement of the duck and the framing by the grasses.
