If you’re shooting raw, the camera setting doesn’t matter. It will affect JPEGs, and also what you see in the viewfinder for a mirrorless body, and the back screen of a DSLR – which are rendered as JPEGs using the camera settings. But the raw file has the full color gamut of the camera, which is probably close to ProPhoto RGB.
