It does look like the same lily pads in the image, David. You got a little better pose I think. Nice job on the processing and the crop.

Awesome! I love both your and @Dennis_Plank photos of this! I would love to see a sparrow floating on a lily pad! It’s like out of a fairy tale! I really love the bird’s reflection in the water too and that he’s looking towards you! Really sweet shot!
Interesting how similar photos can suggest different stories. My first thought is that the sparrow is floating down a river on the lily pad. I like the pose; it looks as if the sparrow is peering ahead to see what’s coming up.
