Best bang for your buck - post processing

Hi all, I’m wondering what you all feel like has been the best value - dollars to impact on your post-processing? To be clear, I am asking for EDUCATION not software. Like, if you were going to spend money on ways to improve your post-processing, what would you pick? I primarily edit in Photoshop.
