The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
Description
The scene is not really interesting but I loved the soft light and fog combination
A different crop would probably be better but somehow I can not convince myself to try. I´m stuck again in the impression I had when I was there.
Specific Feedback
What do you think? Is the light enough to take a shot?
Technical Details
ISO400, F14, 1/80s, 43mm

The light is definitely the star of the image. I know you said you don’t want to crop, but I think it would be stronger with some of the right and left parts of the image cropped.
Great with the light coming through the trees… You could go a little darker on the right and maybe burn the tree in a little more. … Crop the right a little… Love the vibe in this image. Well Done…
Wonderful light but for me the lack of detail on the right is working against the image. Maybe more detail could be pulled out there? And interest falls off toward the left.
You say the scene is not interesting. I personally find it very interesting. I think I agree with @Diane_Miller about the large area of little detail on the right. I know it’s your image and your vision, but I’m just saying what I would do if it was my image. I would crop some off the right and put the sun on a third.
Thank you all very much for your comments!! I really appreciate that
I dont´t know why I struggled to crop on the sides, as it is cropped already top and bottom
Anyway, I will attach a edit.
For me presonally, I don´t mind to leave (even big) parts of a picture as “negative” space, meaning without details or in deep shadow. In some cases maybe too much, this is true also.
I am quite happy being here and share pictures and opinions on NPN, thank you again!!
