Technical Details

100sec for the foreground. 20sec for the stars ISO3200. Probably taken on my 12mm manual lens. No record of the f-stop. Stacked images for the noise in the sky.

An intriguing image. I love the composition with the foreground sweeping around leading to the seastack that points toward the Milky Way core. The clouds are a nice element as well. It seems you processed the image to bring out the drama of the scene. The sky feels a bit too contrasty and blue to me, but that is just one person’s opinion.

Thanks for the feedback Dean. I’ve actually toned down my blue considerably over the years. It used to be set on stun :slight_smile:
