Any comments appreciated.

Hi Allen !
I really liked the coiled pose and the precise focus on the eye.
May burn down the twig on the bottom RHS.

Snakes are a difficult photographic subject. You did well getting all of the important parts of the snake in sharp focus. Comp is pretty good and yes burning in that bright twig should strengthen your comp…Jim

Super sharp and clean image Allen! Just curious, what are the little hairs on its head from, its last meal???

Thanks everyone for the comments.

@Keith_Flood … I think the filaments on the head are plant fibers the snake picked up while rooting around.

I am not a fan of snakes, Allen, but I got up the courage to open this one up to large view. Such great detail where needed. I think my camera would have been shaking a bit because of the subject. :grinning:
