Reflection

I’ve had a long fascination with reflections and taken many photographs of things reflected in water, glass buildings and mirrors.

This is one of my favourite DC locations in Ash Woods. It’s also very popular with wedding and other event photographers.

I like it because the ripples make it look like an impressionist painting.

The second image is the same location at a different time of day and year.

Eddie, these two views capture two aspects of reflections, that they can distort the view and the rarer occasions with the reflection is nearly perfect. Both views look great. It’s easy to see why folks would use this spot for weddings.
