The light is just fantastic and his eyes are spot on. I wish you had been positioned just a little to your left so the tree wasn’t blending into the hind leg, but they certainly add to the sense of space and the angle of the body is so nice.
What a beautiful shot. Great pose and eye contact. Seems he’s projecting just how unworried he is about you. Perhaps it is my monitor but it seems overall a bit underexposed. How wonderful it is to have the backgrounds so far to get a nice idea of the environment without distractions. Really nice.
