Both of these are gorgeous, and really I can’t find any thing to add. The vertical does look like a series of mountain ranges, which is great, but I also like the original as presented. Wonderful colors, shapes, textures.
Thanks for all the input, it is much appreciated. After going back and forth many times, I have concluded I prefer the horizontal version. To my eye, it leads me through the image the best and more emphasizes the color transition from reds to blues. I quite like it either way, but I will stick with the original. Again, all your thoughts are very appreciated.
