Rough-legged Flyby

There’s a wintering Rough-legged Hawk near here that I continue to have opportunities to see, and shoot. Here’s a recent capture I snagged of it flying by.

Specific Feedback Requested

I realize that it’s cropped a little tight but, to my eye, it is justified for the details including its stare. Opinions?

Hi Dave
I like the crop and head-on angle of this photograph and the color detail is very nice. It looks like the camera grabbed focus on the left wing tip, making the body and right wing a little soft.
