Description

I am in the process of making a 2024 coffee table book - comes in hand entertaining my patients whilst they “wait”
The highlight for this year was the Solar Eclipse unequivocally .
What should have been a 4+ hour drive t the Vermont/ Canadian border beginning at 6 am, wound up my coming off the highway 15 minutes before the start of the eclipse in Barlow. Minimally 300 cars ! Found a spot and quickly set up 2 tripods -

Specific Feedback

Any suggestions on the crop / processing ?

Karl,

A beautiful diamond / ruby ring. That prominence is so vivid and perfectly placed. Congratulations on this capture.

Excellent!! Sort of in-between Baily’s Beads and the diamond ring. This eclipse didn’t offer great beads due to the geography of the lunar edge (crater profiles) at C2 and C3. Wonderful capture of the prominences! No suggestions for processing – it looks spot-on to me.
