A nice addition to our theme this week. Abstract reflections are irresistible and this one is a great example (cue references to Monet etc.). I like that the reflection nearly subsumes the water, leaving only patches of tannins coming through. The hint of water flow in the top section is nice, too and that you haven’t cranked the blues.
Nice and simple composition, executed perfectly. I feel like I’m in a Monet painting. Well done.
Mario, this is a excellent reflection abstract, view a very pleasing set of colors and shapes. As presented, there’s a left to right eye pull (from darker to brighter). If you wanted to keep the viewer’s eyes roaming in the frame, some subtle burning in along the right edge would help.
