Thank you for your thoughtful comments, Susanna. I absolutely love the area around Torrey and all parts south of there. It’s a beautiful region. I didn’t try a long exposure but that likely would have created some additional interest in the sky. Good idea!

Barrow has not been cleaned up. At all. I bet it looks the same today as it did when you visited, expect probably even more junk laying around!
