Perfect exposure for the rain. Nice light , pose, and detail on the plumage. I think I would like to see it with less on the left side to de center the image.

Good detail and pose and nice perch. You caught the rain well. I could see a crop on the right.

Go with a decentered crop to make the peregrine more prominent in the shot. Rain, colors, and pose work well in your composition…Jim
