Drops take it up a notch and the water is well done.
I like the BG a lot, minor point is I wish the line was just above the head instead of through it.
The image has a dreamy look, very nice.
I love the pose of the bird and the water drops are great. Nicely composed with the only nit (as Dan mentions) being the shoreline intersecting the eye level of the bird.

Exceptional point of view and perfect depth of field for this image. The foreground and the background, both out of focus, work exceedingly well to make the bird pop. The detail is right on. No issues for me.
