Pertinent Technical Details
My screenshot doesn’t want to upload. Canon R5, 100-500 lens at 500. 1/3200 sec, f/8, ISO 400. Just some slight tonal tweaking minor lightening of the darker area at the top, NR and slight motion blur removal in Topaz Denoise and Sharpen. Slight crop from right to remove a distracting cloud edge.
Diane, a very nice and different view of wind turbines . It almost seems like they were creatures poking their heads through the clouds. Very nicely seen and edited. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks, @Mark_Muller, @holgermischke, @Gill_Vanderlip, @Bill_Fach and @glennie! I always regret not taking the time to circle and shoot more purposefully. We always seem to be on a tight schedule and I’ve gotten used to doing drive-by shootings.
The two turbines surrounded by clouds says a lot about the current state-of-the-world. The turbines are well placed, while the structure of the clouds keep the rest of the frame interesting.
Thanks, @Paul_Hetzel and @Mark_Seaver! Mark, I didn’t even think about it, but I see your point about the state-of-the-world. Maybe I should invert the image?? Hmmm – why not? Dinner just ended and I’m mellowed out by my daily stress-relief “meds”. Sorta looks like something out of “Oppenheimer”.
