This was taken at Zabriskie Point on my second visit to Death Valley in December. I was trying to get some shots that were a little different from the ones you see all the time.

Well this is different, especially to go with B&W. I think it disguises where you took it pretty well. The upper part is a bit bright though - maybe toning down the whites a bit would harmonize the two main areas of lines.
Chris, this is an interesting picture. I love the differing directions of the lines and also the corresponding different textures. Only edit I might be curious to see would be to dodge the white bands amongst the black on the LLR to make it pop a bit more. Definitely an original take on Death Valley.
