What?! No tree can be 10,000 years old. Count the rings! Well, Baobabs don’t have rings but connections to the archeology of the area suggest this group of trees on the edge of Nxai Pan in Botswana, named Haines Baobabs, may well be that old. They are not easy to get to but, if you are able to, you will remember them for the rest of your lives. The trees are massive and clearly still in communication with the world.
