At this time of the year, the sun sets right behind the mountain in the center. I arrived a bit early and waited for the sun to go behind the mountain and for the sky to get some nice colour.
I’m open to and welcome any and all feedback, ideas and comments.

Just beautiful! The light and color are simply sublime. I appreciate the colors and glow you’ve maintained in the sky. The composition with the lake(?almost looks like a river flowing in the scene) eminating from the snowy mountains is just wonderful.
I wouldn’t change a thing. Despite looking pretty dang cold - I think I would have lingered at this spot for a while…

Thank you @Lon_Overacker , I appreciate you taking the time to comment and I’m glad you like it because I like it too. I made a 8.5x11" print of it that I put in a little stand on my desk to see how I feel about the image (I do this this with my images from time to time) and I think I like it more and more each day.
