Description:

This was taken many years ago of my wife staring at this taxidermied bear at a visitor center in the California Redwoods. I’ve been going back through some old files to see if there are any I haven’t processed yet that might be interesting.

The bear is very curious, may be because it sees an animal with fur like his? Excellent photo taken and processed perfectely.

Very cool, Ed. Focusing on the bear with just enough of your wife to give the shot context worked beautifully. Nice job cropping this to eliminate most of the distraction. I always have trouble in museums and visitor’s centers. The only thing you might change is to paint some black into those light colored nostrils.

Thank you very much @Giuseppe_Guadagno and @Dennis_Plank. Nasal work completed. . .

Good job removing the cotton!
