Hi Bob,

Initial thoughts, the foreground needs more light. The rushing water needs to be accentuated to balance out the bright background and that reflection out near the horizon.

Thank you @Youssef_Ismail for your opinion. The dense clouds overhead did not allow the foreground to be brighter. Perhaps I can simulate a split neutral density filter.
