Saw this kingfisher at a local pond this week. I find them tough to catch in flight so thought I would share this.

Beautiful image of the flying Kingfisher, Allen. You framed it very nicely and the slight indication of out of focus vegetation helps alleviate the plain blue sky.

Wonderful!! Great detail and tonalities and the perfect pose. The hint of BG is a lovely feature!

Next maybe you could try capturing bullets in flight?? :grin:
