I staked out this perch in full camo for a shot of this wary bird. Looks like he tried for a fish but missed. I got this shot plus a horrible dose of chiggers for my efforts.

HI Allen. Looks like the light was a bit harsh, but you handled it well. I love the wet look. It definitely looks like a frustrated fisherman.
Allen, this is such a great pose. A very hard species to photograph for sure and your effort is paying off. I agree with Dennis’s assessment about the light but you have done very well in the processing.
