This guy was hanging out at a culvert under the road which acts like a funnel to bring the fish to him. Summer rain.

This is a very striking image. I love the circles and the contrast between the disturbed water and the still water. The only change I see would be to burn/darken the highlights on the gator’s head. Nice capture!

Hi Steve, nice image - I like seeing the both the bottom to the left and also the partial glare on the right. The gator gives a somewhat menacing presence. Agree with reducing bright areas on the gator.

Interesting shot, Steve. You really have something here with the alligator and the ripples. The gator sort of extends the rippled texture into the darker smoothness of the brown, so it works well. I’m not entirely certain about the overall balance of the frame… that is, whether there’s perhaps too much empty space on the left or even the bottom. Tightening one or both of those edges might help emphasize the strong patterns in the gator and circles even more.
