He is pretty, David. Wonderful detail in the feathers, and I like the wing spread and the tail spread. Perfect timing.

I love the shot, David. The rufous coloring has me baffled. Their plumage changes from gray to brown depending on the natural lighting variation, but I haven’t seen this. Was there anything red around that it might have picked up reflected light from? A cool shot regardless.
