Hey man. This image didn’t wow me but a few things I like:

The contrast between the lit up birds and the birds in front of the cloud- they compliment each other nicely.

The foreground isn’t too distracting for a more urban scene.
I’d like to see a slight crop, it feels a little left heavy.
