Nice! tack-sharp, with none of the banding you’ve been struggling with. (No idea where it is originating)
The raised foot, bit of moss, and BG are all great.

Very nice!! Minimal processing is working! Detail, tonalities and colors are wonderful and the BG is gorgeous and natural! I would be tempted to crop from the left a little to remove the brightest and most OOF areas of the branch.

Hi David, nice pose, colors, and sharpness where it counts. Pleasing BG. Agree with Diane that trying a slight crop from the left maybe worth trying.

Excellent, David. Great pose and the detail in the Grosbeak is superb. The background is also excellent with no sign of banding in this one.

By the way, this is either a female or juvenile. The male has an almost completely deep black head as in your June 8th post.
