Hi Steven,
I like the head and eye position of the goose and the reflected water background is quite nice. I would think of having the bird higher in the frame - include the full reflection or crop a little more from the top. The bird seems to have quite a bit of noise.
Hi…Always a noise problem here, I think it starts with the exposure because I let the cam do it…for that price it should know what it’s doing. I’ll assume your not saying the bird has more noise that the rest of the image, I use Noise Ninja but not always or well.
I agree on the top crop suggestion, it was a reflected square of black neck butting heads with the bottom border that initiated the surgery.
