Last week I was shooting leaf covered rocks in a stream in the Monadnock region of New Hampshire. I found a large pool of water off to one side of the stream that had rotating foam and leaves. The swirling leaves reminded me of planets in orbit around a star. The flow was pretty weak to the right of the center of the swirl, so I elected to extract out only this segment, which had the most interesting flow to the swirl.
I call this an “ILM” image - Intentional Leaf Movement.
