The orange headed trush… was not really concerned about my presence…my concern is really the chaotic background …any thoughts

A beautiful bird, Balan, showing great detail and vibrant colors. As for the background, you could play around with negative clarity, negative contrast, decreasing exposure and /or highlights and see what works. I could also see a 5x4 crop, taking some off the right side which might help focus more on the bird. Thanks for sharing this beautiful bird.
I could see a tighter crop as suggested by @Allen_Brooks, Balan, but the background itself doesn’t bother me. Yes, it’s pretty chaotic, but it almost achieves a sort of uniformity through chaos. If it does bother you, Allen’s suggestions are certainly a good approach. There is one small blue patch just below the top on the right that doesn’t fit with the rest of the background. You caught an interesting pose from this bird.
Hi Balan, really fine subject with outstanding colors. Love the facial patterns. I’m okay with the background but Allen B offers good advice if you want to tone it down. I do wish for more of a head turn towards us. Still a fine catch.

The bird is gorgeous, the colors and patterns are well-captured. I share your concern about the background. I took the liberty of downloading the image to see if I could address that concern. I didn’t think you needed so much of the background, so I cropped it into a squarish format, which I think often works well for birds. I masked the background and lowered the exposure, contrast, clarity, and sharpness. I also added a slight vignette using the paint overlay option.
