You got pretty good detail, Ray, though it looks as if the point of focus might have been the left leg as the head is showing just a slight softness. You don’t mention a crop, but this image ended up rather tight in the frame. It’s hard to overcome the urge to zoom in as far as you can, but most bird images benefit from a bit of room for the subject to move around in.

The main issue I see with this image is a strong yellow-red color cast. If you’re saving your images in a RAW format, you should have complete control over white balance, and it’s easiest to adjust it in the RAW processor.
