Egrets in the mist

I think this was taken at a wildlife refuge in southwestern Washington state. Was a foggy day but I’m the one who wanted to go on a cold morning. I think it paid off.

Lovely, David. Just the right amount of mist. Surprisingly fine details in the grass given the misty conditions.

You can almost feel the chilly fog. Nice moody photo and good look at the egret.
