Female Purple Finch

My first morning out in my blind in far too long. I’ve had the ponds and drips out there running for a month and finally cleaned them up and got them ready for the summer. This is my small “pond” about the size of a standard bird bath and raised up about 18 inches off the ground on a pile of rocks.

Good pose and detail and a nice setting with the clean background, rocks, and water. I must say, you do inspire me to try some of the things you do to get these nice/natural bird photos.

Another very nice setting and image you have created Dennis. Love the wet rocks and the pose of the bird is very nice. Good details on the bird as well.
