I am a relative beginner with landscape, so feel real uncomfortable critiquing. Anyway, the tree stump seems to dominate the photo and I wonder if you could lighten the black hole and show a bit of detail. Great composition and lovely ferns. Love the ferns but, my eye keeps going back to the dark stump.
Really love this, Mario. Such a classic PNW forest look but a unique angle. I like how the light is hitting on the ferns and part of the tree.
