Flight of the Butterfly

I’ve posted the one butterfly by itself before in an unedited typical of my centeritis photos! With a big dark tree in it but when I was shooting this butterfly I actually had gotten a twofer out of it so thought I would combine both together and do a little editing of the bg just to make the butterfly stand out more.

Specific Feedback Requested

Anything. My 2nd ever composite.

Technical Details

Is this a composite: Yes
Nikon D3400, 1/800, 300mm, f/6.3, ISO 800, took 2 progressive shots and put together, did some color adjustments and did something to make it look kind of abstract, I’m not really sure what

Vanessa, there’s an attractive dreaminess here with the slightly soft, two butterfly wing positions, the mix of green and brown shapes behind and the grainy texture.

Vanessa, this is excellent. I think of it as two butterflies not one shot twice. Whatever you did, it works quite nicely.
