What artistic feedback would you like if any? Any/All

Any pertinent technical details: I got this guy while he was preening, and guarding our nearby feeder. I’m fascinated by their sunlit, irridescant feathers. Shot with my D500, 1/5000th, f/8.0, ISO 640, 700mm, cropped, monopod w/gimbal head.

Hi Dave,
Nice critical sharpness on the head and the exposure looks good to me. The backwards glance is nice. Subject well placed in the frame. Nits to me are the steep shooting angle and the branch in the background coming out of the chest area.
