Got some intense fog at the beginning of the year. I decided to go out and react to what nature gave me that day. I ended up getting this shot of so.e frozen bean pods against the white backdrop of the intense fog.

Does this composition work? What are your initial impressions upon seeing it?
Bryant, I like the hanging down pods against the softly distant background. That creates a good sense of depth. Converting to black and white fits the scene well. However, the second branch is distracting, especially the different bits just peeking in from the frame. Finding a clean view in a situation like this is challenging, since moving that lower branch out of the frame most likely would have knocked much of the frost off the upper branch
