I took this in a local botanical garden in Savannah Ga.
Pentax K20D 50mm f/1.8 set at f/8 ISO 100 Tripod mounted

I like the idea of the image, layering the ferns then the grouping of plants with the forest background. It is hard to make these types of images work without great light or fog.

This is what I did with photo. I tried to emphasize the grouping of plants in the middle with a crop and radial filter. I cloned out the sprinkler and darkened down the highlights in the corner. I added a bit of glow using nik colorefex. Because the light was mostly flat I think you have to work hard in a image like this to enhance the light and create some interest. Anyway hope I didn’t go to far with it.

Thank you for the comment, I didn’t notice the sprinkler until after I uploaded and enlarged it, I like the effect you added.

Except for removing the sprinkler I would have left it alone
