As you can see by the date stamp on this photo, I shot it from my deck during a horrible ice storm in 2013. I remember sitting on my deck, and hearing the occasional craaaack of the tree limbs breaking under the weight of the ice. It sounded much like rifle shots. We lost power for a week during this storm. But, wow was it beautiful.

I shot this with a Canon Power Shot SX130 IS point-and-shoot, f/8, 1/160 sec., ISO 80. Recently reprocessed using PSE2020 for exposure and resizing.
