The photographer is looking for generalized feedback about the aesthetic and technical qualities of their image.
Description
The name for this came from my friend Kassie. These are trees in Palomar Mountain State Park. These are the conditions I love, fog and mist diffusing everything except the foreground.
Specific Feedback
Do the plants in the foreground and the little pine tree in lower right detract from the image?
Are certain areas too bright, or does the contrast enhance the image?

A beautiful, atmospheric image. I love the limited colour palette. The overhanging branches from the top add a natural and very pleasing vignette to the scene.
I didn’t notice the little pine tree until you mentioned it.
The contrast is fine with me, I think it definately enhances the image, however, there’s just a couple of brighter areas near the top on the RHS that pull my eye toward the edge.
The green layer of vegetation is very nice, but I do wish for the base of the tree to be shown.
Terrific atmospheric conditions. There are quite a few trees in the background of these two main trees but the fog reduces the clutter back there. I also love the contrast between the large almost white foreground tree and the darker brown background tree. My first thoughts was that the trees appear to be fighting/or hugging. Not sure which.
The little pine tree doesn’t bother me and neither do the brightest parts of the sky but the curving branch in the very upper right corner kind of messes with the flow.
