Excellent detail in the heron, Allen. I like the wing position and the way the browns reflected in ghe water match the brown patches on the wings so well.
Good detail in the heron and the colors come through well. Also like the red and green water. A nice scene.
A very pleasing image, Allen. As already mentioned by others, the colors in the water and on the heron are a nice match. I do love the wing position as well. Excellent detail. I have to say, I have not used my monopod when out taking photos of shorebirds, but I see you mention it quite often, so I plan to try it when I get out there again. I am learning so much from all of you here at NPN!
