What? Did you get a paint by numbers kit down there in Brazil this trip? These are just awesome Sandy. I love the vibrant blues and greens and yellows and orange. Great perch, great BG, Nice mosses on the perch, and great detail and eye gazes from the pair of tanagers. I can see why they are a favorite.

The Tanagers just seem to get wilder colors the further south you go. I thought some of the Costa Rica ones were bright, but these are just wild. Nice detail and having the adult and juvenile together makes for a more interesting image.

Wow what wildly colored birds - real beauties! Great to get them both sharp like this with those striking colors. Interesting perch too. Well done.

Man, oh man! Love it. Astounding colors. It’s almost like you asked photoshop to give “generate” a super colorful bird image

What a trip (and guide) you must have had. Bird images: All are so well done. These are at the top color wise. Excellent.

I so agree with Ed. These colors are just so … right off a painter’s pallet of vibrant colors. Thanks

A feast for the eyes, Sandy. Well photographed and presented. I like the interactive poses you captured. Good background and perch.
