Green Heron catches tadpole

Seen this morning at the neighborhood lake.

Wonderful, Allen. The tadpole is amazing and the head turn of the heron is superb. I would consider burning using a gradient mask the bottom part of the image, especially of the highlight. And if you are not against it, the brighter ripple that kind of intersects the head of the heron could be cloned out easily.

Another excellent heron with food image. I agree with Adhika regarding the gradient mask. The image appears to look a little flashed. But I think that is related to the background being as dark as it is. I think at F6.3 or F7 .1 it would be even sharper.
