Wow! First off, I cannot imagine why there are not any comments on this image!!
This is so cool. They almost look like reptiles, with that armour-looking type of skin. And I love the color tone in this . It feels much like I am in there with them (NOT looking out the window at a fresh 4 inches of snowfall).
It looks like the mother has a wound on her hind leg.
