Description

Great fun being in a Wook Stork rookery. The day was a little overcast, and that flattened the lighting. Thank you for stopping by.

Looks like he’s participating in a one-wheel spot landing contest! Nice compositions and well-handled whites. Looks like it was a target-rich environment — hope we’ll see more!

Very good, Peter. the one time I’ve been to Florida, I had one shot at a wood stork almost straight up in a tree. These are very well done and there’s a sense of fun that comes through.

That front stork looks like he is having a good bit of fun too. So nice to see images of this bird. I have zero photos of these - seen once on Sanibel island one year. Nice details and exposure. Fun images for sure.

These are great Peter. Love the antics and love the pink feet!!

Good handling of the whites Peter. And nicley composed given the subjects.

Hi Diane, Dennis, Allen & Glenys
Thank you for the comments.

Excellent detail, Peter, and the whites and blacks look good. Nice to get it landing towards you. With all those sticks pointing up, it’s amazing they don’t impale themselves.
