Reprocessed - Should the bird be brighter and sky darker ? If so, how to ?

I was trying to get the splash of another bird , when this spoonbill flew in, hence these odd settings
Great composition, Karl, and the sky looks fine to me. With the cloud and haze showing, I wouldn’t expect an intense blue sky. You caught a great landing “pose” and the light through the wings is excellent.
The composition works for me. Excellent flight/landing pose. Colors look good and the background seems okay.
Wonderful landing pose and wing position. I really like the comp.
I also really like the composition with the bit of tree left in for context.

Hello, Karl, nice and classical landing pose for this species, the tree in LRHS works well. The image looks a little grainy though, probably due to the high ISO. Other than that, a fine shot ! Cheers, Hans
