I thought this was an interesting look, as the outermost layer of bark on the trunk of this dead Ponderosa Pine has peeled away, revealing a section of the inner layer of bark.

Ted, you’ve got an amazing collection of colors in this bark. The transition from bark to wood is interesting and looks good. You also have a great bark abstract in the top 60%, excluding any of the wood.
