I posted this image a couple of years ago in color, but the only element with color was the fall leaf. I decided to do a B&W conversion of it for this. I used Color Efex Pro II from the Google ownership days. This was a setup shot made by taping a small piece of balsa wood under the leaf for flotation. The position and orientation were up to the elements.
Dennis, the mix of sharp leaf, surface tension and slightly oof reflections is very well balanced. Even without color this is nicely dreamy and reflective (pun unavoidable).
