One last leaf

Description: Back again to one of my favorite streams, this time late fall when only a few Yellow Birch leaves remain to be reflected…and one caught in the water to add accent.

Specific Feedback Requested: any and all but especially with regard to the balance of the position of the leaf to the rest of the image.

Pertinent technical details or techniques: Sony 6000, ISO 320, 1/100@f5.6 and 100mm

Is this a composite? (focus stacks or exposure blends are not considered composites) Single image

John, the mix of leaf reflections and the single floating leaf is a good idea. It would be very challenging, but getting the leaf in the middle of a golden reflection area (like the upper half of this image) would look even better.
